Free Admission Days and Special Programs
The National Constitution Center offers free admission days, family programs, trivia nights, civic holiday celebrations, and sensory-friendly experiences that make constitutional learning accessible, engaging, and welcoming for all.

At the National Constitution Center, we believe that every person should have the opportunity to engage with the U.S. Constitution and the enduring ideals of We the People. Free admission days are one of the ways we live that mission, opening our doors to visitors of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities and inviting them to explore America's constitutional story through nonpartisan learning, civil dialogue, and shared discovery. We are grateful to our donors and funding partners whose generosity makes these experiences possible.
Civic Holidays
A civic holiday is a day set aside to commemorate the people, principles, and events that have shaped our constitutional democracy. It offers communities an opportunity to come together to explore our nation's history, engage in meaningful dialogue, and reflect on our rights and responsibilities. At their best, civic holidays create shared experiences that spark curiosity, deepen constitutional understanding, and inspire a lifelong commitment to the work of self-government.
Admission to the Center is always free during these civic holidays.
