How do I register for a course?

Simply create an account, choose a course from our catalog, and click “enroll.” Your payment will be processed online and you will have immediate access to the course.

When can I access the course?

Anytime! Our on-demand courses are available 24/7.

What if I need to take a break?

The course is self-paced; your progress will automatically be saved if you exit the course and log-in again.

In which states can I receive credit?

The National Constitution Center’s on-demand online programs are approved for credit in Pennsylvania, California, New York, Illinois, Texas, and Delaware. Credit is also available for on-demand programs in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New Jersey. Some states allow attorneys to self-apply for credit. Please check your state rules for specific forms and procedures.

How do I receive my Certificate of Attendance?

Your certificate will be generated automatically upon completion of the program, and will be saved to your account so you can access it anytime.

How do I receive credit?

Once a course is completed, your request for credit will be sent automatically to the American Bar Association, our CLE provider. For self-reporting states, you may access your certificate of attendance from your account.

How do I receive credit after attending the program?

At the beginning of each program, you must sign-in to confirm attendance. You will then receive information about where to go online to request credit for your participation. *Requests must be completed within 10 days of the completion of the program. More information about this process will be available at the program.

How long will it take to process my request for credit?

Once we receive your request, it will be processed within an average of two weeks.

In which states can I receive credit?

The National Constitution Center regularly applies for and receives CLE credit in Pennsylvania, California, New York, Illinois, Texas, and Delaware for live events. Credit is also available in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New Jersey. All other U.S. jurisdictions allow attorneys to self-apply for credit for live events held outside their state.

How do I receive my Certificate of Attendance?

Your Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to by the American Bar Association, our CLE provider, at the email address provided.
