A conversation with Richard Hasen, author of The Justice of Contradictions: Antonin Scalia and the Politics of Disruption, Kannon Shanmugam, leading Supreme Court advocate and former Scalia law clerk, and Elizabeth Wydra, president of the Constitutional Accountability Center, follows.
