Supreme Court Blocks Biden Administration Vaccine Mandate

The Supreme Court on Thursday, January 13, 2022, blocked one of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement for large employers, while keeping in place a nationwide vaccine mandate for health care workers in facilities receiving federal funds. MSNBC’s Ali Velshi and President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen discuss the decisions in these two cases and what they may mean for future regulations regarding health and safety that come before the court.
