Voting Rights since the Fifteenth Amendment:

Using primary sources and the National Constitution Center's Interactive Constitution, students will explore how and why the right to vote has evolved in the United States since the passage of the Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution. Students will study the historical roots and current understandings of the Fifteenth Amendment as explained by two Constitutional scholars. They will also analyze these scholars' arguments regarding the Amendment's application in the years since its passage.
