The National Constitution Center honored Justice Kennedy with the Liberty Medal on Sunday, October 27, 2019, in a public ceremony at the National Constitution Center across from historic Independence Hall in Philadelphia. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil M. Gorsuch, Honorary Chair of the National Constitution Center, bestowed the annual Liberty Medal award to Justice Kennedy.
