A Conversation with Justice Breyer and a Panel Discussion on the First Amendment and Hate Speech

This event includes two separate sessions.

First, National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen engages in a wide-ranging conversation between U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer.

Then, a discussion on the First Amendment includes the following featured speakers:
