Facebook’s Oversight Board – an independent body some have called Facebook’s ‘Supreme Court’ – recently issued guidance about the social media company’s decision to indefinitely remove former president Donald Trump from the platform after posts he made during the January 6 attack on the Capitol.

Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, joins MSNBC’s Ali Velshi to discuss this decision and how it relates to international law, the First Amendment, and free speech norms.
