Article III of the Constitution

Article III of the Constitution establishes the judicial branch of the government, including the Supreme Court. In this video, Khan Academy host Kim Kutz Elliott discusses Article III with scholars Richard Garnett and Jeffrey Rosen.

The National Constitution Center and Khan Academy partnered to create a series of nonpartisan videos explaining the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and major Supreme Court cases, enlisting the expertise of Interactive Constitution scholars.
