Do I still need to wear a face mask?

Masks are strongly recommended for anyone who is not fully vaccinated. Masks are defined as any mask, bandana, or scarf that covers the mouth and nose, and fits snugly against the sides of the face while allowing easeful breathing.

Do I still need to reserve my ticket in advance? What if I don’t have one when I arrive?

We strongly encourage guests to purchase timed tickets in advance, but guests may also purchase upon arrival. If you arrive and haven’t reserved a ticket, we will ask that you do so on your personal mobile device. If you do not have a mobile device or require help, staff will be happy to assist. Reservations may also be made over the phone by calling 215-409-6700. Members may call 215-409-6767. Please leave a message and a member of our staff will call you back.
