Jeffrey Rosen and Ali Velshi Discuss the Future of Roe v. Wade at the Supreme Court

It’s been nearly 50 years since Roe. V. Wade recognized the constitutional right to an abortion. Now, the Court has agreed to hear a case, Hobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, about a Mississippi law banning most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, an opportunity for the justices to weigh in on the contentious issue of revisiting Roe. President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen joins MSNBC’s Ali Velshi to discuss.
