Project contributors and constitutional law experts Gerard MaglioccaSanford Levinson, Michael Rappaport, and Stephen Sachs explore the origins, debates, and ongoing challenges surrounding Article V, as presented in their new essays. Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, moderates.
