Landmark Cases: The Launch of a New National Constitution Center/C-SPAN Series

A panel of experts—Akhil Amar of Yale Law School, Judge Michael Baylson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvnia, and Neal Katyal of the Georgetown University Law Center— talk about America’s most critical Supreme Court cases. The event will launch a new C-SPAN series, produced in cooperation with the National Constitution Center, called Landmark Cases: Historic Supreme Court Decisions, exploring the human stories behind the historic rulings. Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the Center, moderates.
