Described by the New York Times as the “equivalent of a pro-wrestling smackdown,” award-winning NPR show and PBS broadcast Intelligence Squared U.S. was held at the National Constitution Center  This exciting and lively debate was based on the traditional Oxford-style debate format, and the audience voted before and after the arguments.

The question? Does the President have the power to target and kill Americans abroad? Alan Dershowitz, Noah Feldman, Michael W. Lewis, and Hina Shamsi took sides in this live event moderated by ABC News correspondent John Donvan.
