Bernice Donald served as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from 2011 to January 2023. Prior to joining the Court of Appeals, she served on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Judge Donald has also taught as faculty for programs in 25 countries including Botswana, Cambodia, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, and Mexico, among others.
Amul Thapar serves as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He previously served as a U.S. attorney and district court judge before his appointment to the appellate court, and his new book is The People’s Justice: Clarence Thomas and the Constitutional Stories that Define Him.
Jeffrey Rosen is the president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization devoted to educating the public about the U.S. Constitution. Rosen is also professor of law at The George Washington University Law School and a contributing editor of The Atlantic.
