The National Constitution Center and ADL present an America's Town Hall featuring distinguished legal experts Erwin Chemerinsky, Gregory G. Garre, Amy Howe, and Frederick M. Lawrence discussing the important cases of the term including voting rights, church-state separation, reproductive rights, and immigration. They also discuss the impact of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation to the Court and what to expect next term. Dahlia Lithwick of Slate moderates.

Participants
Erwin Chemerinsky is the current Dean of Berkeley Law. He frequently argues appellate cases, including in the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the author of 15 books and more than 200 law review articles.
Gregory G. Garre is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and chair of the firm’s Supreme Court and appellate practice. He previously served as the 44th Solicitor General of the United States. He has argued 47 cases before the Supreme Court.
Amy Howe runs the website Howe on the Court and writes for SCOTUSblog, for which she previously served as editor and reporter. She has served as counsel in over two dozen merits cases at the Supreme Court and argued two cases there.
Frederick M. Lawrence is the 10th Secretary and CEO of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Fred is also a Distinguished Lecturer at the Georgetown Law Center. He is the author of Punishing Hate: Bias Crimes Under American Law.
Dahlia Lithwick is the senior legal correspondent at Slate, where she covers the Supreme Court and Jurisprudence and hosts the podcast Amicus. Her new book, Lady Justice: Women, the Law, and the Battle to Save America, is due out this September.
