How To Listen To Donald Trump’s 14th Amendment Case at the Supreme Court

On Thursday morning, the Supreme Court will hear arguments on Trump v. Anderson, a case about the 14th Amendment and Donald Trump’s eligibility to appear on the ballot in Colorado’s presidential primary.

Due to changes made during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court now provides live audio of the arguments to the public.

On its website, the Court provides live audio of the case arguments each term. For Trump v. Anderson, the audio stream will start on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. ET. Arguments are scheduled to last at least 80 minutes.

Later Thursday, the Court will post the official audio of the arguments as well as an official transcript.
