The National Constitution Center will award Justice Kennedy the Liberty Medal on Sunday, October 27, 2019, in a public ceremony at the National Constitution Center across from historic Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

The Liberty Medal Ceremony will take place on the Grand Hall Overlook inside the National Constitution Center, and seating is limited for Members of the National Constitution Center and general public.
