The National Constitution Center partners with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to explore the Supreme Court’s landmark 2013 – 2014 session. Join distinguished legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky, Frederick Lawrence, and the Civil Rights Director of the ADL Deborah Lauter to discuss the significant rulings of the term, including legislative prayer, the contraceptive mandate of the Affordable Care Act, and affirmative action—and how these decisions impact the lives of Americans. The program will also examine the legacy of Brown vs. Board of Education 60 years later.
