Join the National Constitution Center for FREE sneak peek of our newest feature exhibition, CONSTITUTING LIBERTY: FROM THE DECLARATION TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS in the NEW George H.W. Bush Gallery

The National Constitution Center is proud to display one of the 12 surviving copies of the Bill of Rights. The Museum of We the People will be the first institution in Pennsylvania to exhibit this historic document to the general public. It also is the very first time the document has been seen in public for several decades after being part of the New York Public Library’s teaching collection for the last 100 years.

The Bill of Rights will be displayed alongside a first edition Stone Engraving of the Declaration of Independence and a rare copy of the first public printing of the U.S. Constitution.

Open House attendees also will have access to the museum’s main exhibition, including the stirring Freedom Rising and the newly renovated Signers’ Hall.
