Editor's note: the staff of Constitution Daily will be live blogging tonight's State of the Union address on this page starting at 7:30 p.m. The Center will also be hosting a viewing party.

The details

When: Tuesday, January 24th, 2011. 7:30 p.m.

Where: The National Constitution Center, Philadelphia, Pa.

Event Admission: FREE

Visitors who choose to play State of the Union Bingo will fill in their cards with current events, phrases the president might say, and actions he or others might make.  Examples include: “bipartisanship,” “occupy,” “economy,” “standing ovation,” and “Vice President stands.” Winners will receive prizes, like tickets to the Center’s upcoming Bruce Springsteen exhibition, From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen. For those watching the address from home, Bingo cards are available for download.

We welcome you, our readers, to come chat with some of the bylines you see on this blog every day while winning some great prizes. Oh, and watch President Obama’s speech on our giant television screens. A cash bar and light refreshments will be provided.
