Video: Jeffrey Rosen on the Second Founding

In a recent event at Dickinson College, National Constitution Center president and CEO Jeffrey Rosen joined Matthew Pinsker to look back at the fascinating constitutional story behind the Reconstruction Amendments.

Rosen appeared as part of the The House Divided Project at Dickinson College, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in March 2016 by hosting a special conference on the Reconstruction Era. In addition to Rosen, other guests included Pulitzer-Prize winner Eric Foner, and noted historians Gregory Downs, Pinsker, and Anne Sarah Rubin.
