The NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship bracket has been drawn and "March Madness" has officially arrived. As you make your picks and consider entering your office pool, the editors at Constitution Daily have provided an alternative: the second annual Presidential Madness tournament.

Last year's bracketology determined the best of our 44 Commanders in Chief (Abraham Lincoln outlasted the field). This year, we'll be voting to determine the best fictional president in entertainment history. In a series of polls, we’ll answer the age-old question: does life imitate art more than art imitates life? You will decide.

A long and arduous selection process consisted of hours of deliberation among Daily staff to produce a list of our 32 favorite fictional presidents. The aim is to vote on which character (not actor) we most wish served as our actual president.

Round 1 delivers lots of intrigue, such as the matchup of two different presidents from the television show 24, as well as some sleeper picks and potential bracket-busters, like "President Hathaway" played by Stephen Colbert in the film Monsters v. Aliens.

Each round will correspond with the actual stages of the NCAA tournament. Vote for each of your favorite fictional presidents in the head-to-head matchups!
