In the past few weeks the Supreme Court has begun releasing some of the major decisions of the term. These cases touch on important constitutional issues from First Amendment rights of free exercise and free expression to federalism, the Fourth Amendment and privacy, and more. But these are just the beginning of the blockbuster decisions as we await the Court’s pronouncements on immigration, executive power, and union rights.
Joining our Jeffrey Rosen to discuss the Court’s blockbuster 2017-2018 term are two of America’s leading scholars of constitutional law: Michael Dorf and Ilya Shapiro.
Today’s show was engineered by David Stotz and produced by Ugonna Eze, Madison Poulter, Scott Bomboy. Research was provided by Lana Ulrich and Ugonna Eze.
