For the motion are Floyd Abrams, First Amendment authority & Partner, Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and Nadine Strossen, former President, ACLU & Professor, New York Law School.


Against the motion are Burt Neuborne, Professor, NYU Law & Founding Legal Director, Brennan Center for Justice, and Zephyr Teachout, Associate Professor, Fordham Law & former National Director, Sunlight Foundation.
