The Bill of Rights guarantees essential rights and civil liberties, such as the right to free speech and the right to a fair trial, as well as reserving rights to the people and the states.
And we are thrilled at the National Constitution Center to welcome of the 12 existing copies of the Bill of Rights to Philadelphia, for the next three years, starting on December 15th!
Not only can you see the Bill of Rights live and in person, our new exhibition features a rare copy of the Declaration of Independence and the first public printing of the U .S. Constitution.
But before you make your personal visit, you may want to study a few key Bill of Rights facts.
