Meet Our Staff

Our friendly, experienced group sales staff will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your group has an enjoyable, unforgettable experience.

Gina Romanelli

Director of Group Sales

An integral member of the National Constitution Center team since 2004, Gina has served multiple roles across departments. She served as a group sales representative, public relations coordinator, group sales manager, and Director of Group Sales before being promoted to Director of Sales. In her current role as director, Gina is responsible for generating leads and booking groups to experience all that the museum has to offer; selling the museum’s premier event spaces to a variety of potential clients, supervising the museum's stellar group sales staff; serving as an ambassador for the Constitution Center at tradeshows and conventions nationwide; building partnerships with various organizations as a way to enhance a group’s Philadelphia experience, and, most importantly, building awareness of the Constitution Center as a world-class destination. Gina previously worked for the Philadelphia Phillies. Gina is always eager to help, loves going to the gym, and (most of all) loves to shop!

Most memorable experience:  “A group that I booked on a field trip, who happened to visit on my birthday, sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to me in the lobby and presented me with a birthday card!”

Ali Van Norden

Group Sales and Events Coordinator

Ali joined the National Constitution Center staff in 2010 after working for the Philadelphia Phillies for more than three years. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Communications, Ali serves a dual role in both the Group Sales and Events department.  She is responsible for selling group packages while handling the logistics and event planning for many of the museum’s internal events. Ali is always excited to take on new challenges. She loves the Phillies (and all other Philadelphia sports teams), reading, and polka dots.

Most memorable experience: “One Constitution Day a school group’s bus broke down and were stranded at the museum after hours.  On a day where most of the staff had been at work since 6am (if not earlier), we all stayed late, played lawn games with the kids, and ordered them pizza for dinner.  I have never been more proud to work here than on that day.

Delilah Hernandez

Group Sales Account Executive

Delilah joined the National Constitution Center staff in 2013; she initially served as Box Office Supervisor before taking on the role of Group Sales Account Executive. A graduate of Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts, Delilah is in charge of supporting all aspects of the group reservation process including pre-visit, on-site and post-visit duties. She is also responsible for managing the museum's Young Citizen’s Scholarship Program which provides free or reduced visits to Title 1 Schools in the Greater Metro Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.  She enjoys reading, traveling and all things chocolate!

Most memorable experience: Being able to provide a free trip to an organization which would not have been able to attend otherwise through our Young Citizens Scholarship program.
