As director, Gina is responsible for generating group leads and booking groups to experience all that the Center has to offer; supervising the Center’s stellar group sales staff; serving as an ambassador for the Center at tradeshows and conventions nationwide; building partnerships with various organizations as a way to enhance a group’s Philadelphia experience; and, most importantly, building awareness of the Center as a world-class destination. Gina previously worked for the Philadelphia Phillies. Gina is always eager to help, loves going to the gym, and (most of all) loves to shop!
Most memorable group experience: “A group that I had booked on a field trip here sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to me in the lobby and presented me with a birthday card because they were visiting on my birthday!”

She is in charge of supporting all aspects of the group reservation process including pre-visit, on-site and post-visit duties. She is also responsible for managing the Center’s Traveling History and Civics Program by fulfilling reservations and increasing the program’s visibility. Courtney’s perfect day would consist of spending time with family, baking desserts, and enjoying the outdoors.
Most memorable group experience: “I traveled to an off-site facility and was able to experience our Traveling History and Civics Program in action. Seeing the children interact with our Growing Up, American Style program really made me appreciate what I do here at the National Constitution Center.”
