An integral member of the National Constitution Center team since 2004, Gina served as a group sales representative, public relations coordinator, and group sales manager before being promoted to director of group sales. As director, Gina is responsible for generating group leads and booking groups to experience all that the Center has to offer; supervising the Center’s stellar group sales staff; serving as an ambassador for the Center at tradeshows and conventions nationwide; building partnerships with various organizations as a way to enhance a group’s Philadelphia experience; and, most importantly, building awareness of the Center as a world-class destination. Gina previously worked for the Philadelphia Phillies. Gina is always eager to help, loves going to the gym, and (most of all) loves to shop!
Most memorable group experience: “A group that I had booked on a field trip here sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to me in the lobby and presented me with a birthday card because they were visiting on my birthday!”
Ali joined the National Constitution Center staff in 2010 after working for the Philadelphia Phillies for more than three years. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Communications, Ali is responsible for selling group packages, themed packages, and tours, and serves as a liaison to tour operators. Ali is always excited to take on new challenges. She loves the Phillies (and all other Philadelphia sports teams), reading, and polka dots!
Most memorable group experience: “A client once stopped by the Center a day after his visit to give me a jar full of M&M’S as a thank you. Chocolate is a great way to thank someone!”

Her responsibilities include booking group visits, reaching out to new groups, representing the Center at area tradeshows, and serving as a liaison for the Center’s Young Citizens Scholarship Program. Previously, Lisa worked at the Valley Forge Convention and Visitors Bureau in the tourism department for over three years. In her free time, she serves as a chapter advisor for the Philadelphia Region BBYO and as a Zumba fitness instructor. She also enjoys baking, sewing, and shopping!

As a valuable member of the National Constitution Center team since 2008, Courtney has served as a visitor services host and bus greeter and currently holds the position of group sales associate. She is in charge of supporting all aspects of the group reservation process including pre-visit, on-site and post-visit duties. She is also responsible for managing the Center’s Traveling History and Civics Program by fulfilling reservations and increasing the program’s visibility. Courtney’s perfect day would consist of spending time with family, baking desserts, and enjoying the outdoors.
Most memorable group experience: “I traveled to an off-site facility and was able to experience our Traveling History and Civics Program in action. Seeing the children interact with our Growing Up, American Style program really made me appreciate what I do here at the National Constitution Center.”
