Thank you for your interest in the National Constitution Center. This form will allow you to request a reservation for your group of 20 or more to visit the Center.

After completing this form, you will receive an email to confirm that your reservation request was received, and you will be contacted by a Group Sales account executive to confirm your reservation and arrange for any payment. Remember, you are under no obligation to book a visit, and no payment is required at this time.

Your Scholarship Application

The Young Citizens Scholarship Program provides eligible student/youth groups with free or reduced admission and transportation to the National Constitution Center. The program is made possible by the generous support of individual, foundation, and corporate donors to promote civic education.

All scholarship applications are subject to approval by the National Constitution Center Scholarship Committee. Scholarships are not approved unless you have received confirmation from the Scholarship Committee.

The Scholarship Committee assesses financial need based on your school’s Title I status or on a statement demonstrating your group’s financial need.

Scholarship Terms & Conditions

  • Submitting this application constitutes a request for a scholarship. It does not guarantee scholarship approval.
  • Scholarships are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This application is valid for one visit only. Schools with scholarships are limited to two visits per academic school year.
  • Geographic limitations may apply.
  • All groups with scholarships are responsible for reserving their own transportation.
  • Groups are entitled to one free chaperone for every 10 students. Any additional chaperones must pay the group rate.
  • Any group approved for a scholarship must write thank-you letters to the sponsor organization.
  • Scholarship terms and conditions are subject to change.

Your Group Visit

Main Exhibition

The main exhibition includes Freedom Rising, an inspiring, 17-minute multimedia theatrical production; The Story of We the People, an interactive exhibition; and the iconic Signers’ Hall, with 42 life-size, bronze statues of the Founding Fathers.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your group’s reserved Freedom Rising time, so that you may be briefed and checked in at the box office.

Themed Museum Packages

Note: The Young Citizens Scholarship Program does not cover themed museum packages.

Explore a specific constitutional topic during your visit with our popular themed museum packages. Themed packages last two to three hours and include:

  • An interactive, high-energy activity about a constitutional topic
  • A hands-on workshop or guided tour of our exhibitions
  • Admission to our main exhibition

If you would like to eat lunch at the museum, your group may bring their own lunch, purchase pre-paid boxed lunches, or buy lunch in our onsite restaurant, Delegates’ Cafe. For guaranteed seating, you must reserve space in our Stars & Stripes School Lunchroom for a non-refundable flat fee of $15. Reservations are not required for the cafe, but seating is very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
