The Center’s must-see feature exhibitions offer fresh, in-depth perspectives on the extraordinary story of “We the People.” Your group will enjoy innovative, interactive displays and come away inspired by the Constitution and its legacy of freedom.
Presented by our education staff, these engaging programs come free with admission. Programs include Hail to the Chief, a game-show-inspired presidential trivia competition; Political Cartoons 101, a humorous journey through the history of political cartoons; and gallery talks, which offer an overview what you’ll see and learn in the exhibitions.
Today’s headlines are brought to life in a dynamic performance incorporating video, contemporary music, and current news broadcasts. Featuring three engaging actors who play multiple roles, Living News introduces controversial constitutional issues and encourages audience members to explore their own points of view during a post-show discussion.
A self-guided iPod audio tour is a great complement to your visit. Famous scholars, a former president, and voices from history give your group special insight into the history and relevance of the U.S. Constitution.
