1787 Society

The 1787 Society, named for the year of the Constitutional Convention offers individual donors additional opportunities to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their connection to the Constitution through their annual gift of $1,000 or more.  Contributions from 1787 Society members provide the National Constitution Center with critical support to present its world-class interactive exhibits, serve as a forum for civil discourse, and engage people of all ages in constitutional education.

1787 Society members enjoy enhanced access to exhibits, education programs, and Town Hall programs renowned for their constitutional commentary and incisive debate featuring nationally recognized constitutional scholars, policy makers, and Supreme Court Justices. 1787 Society members also receive invitations to private receptions and events in Philadelphia and cities across America with President and CEO, Jeffrey Rosen, and distinguished guest speakers.

1787 Society members are recognized for their generous support in the Annual report and on a plaque in the museum’s Grand Hall Lobby.
