  • How can I purchase tickets to Diana: A Celebration?
    Tickets are available for purchase in advance online or by calling 215.409.6700 during museum business hours.

    Tickets are also available for purchase on the day of your visit at the Center's box office during museum business hours.
  • Are there special dates or times to see this exhbition?
    The Diana exhibition is open during the Center's regular business hours:
    Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Sunday: Noon - 5:00 p.m.

    Starting on Sunday, November 22, the Center will open EARLY on Sundays through January 3.
    Sunday, November 22: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, November 29: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, December 6: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, December 13: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, December 20: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, December 27: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday, January 3: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight)

  • Do I need to reserve my tickets online ahead of time?
    No, you are not required to order tickets for the exhibition in advance. Tickets may be purchased on the day of your visit at the Center's Box Office. If you purchase tickets at the Center on the day of your visit, you will be placed into the next available show time.

    Tickets can be purchased in advance online or by calling 215.409.6700.  By ordering tickets in advance, you may select the entry time you prefer (if available) and are guarenteed that entry time with your ticket purchase.

  • How long will it take to walk through this exhibition?
    Approximately one hour.

  • Are there guided tours available for this exhibition?
    This exhibition, along with the Center's permanent exhibition, is a self-guided experience. However, the Center offers Audio Tours of this exhibition, Signers' Hall and our permanent exhibition for just $5 per person.

    Audio Tours can be purchased at the Center's box office on the day of your visit. Audio tours are subject to availability.

  • Is there a limit to the length of time a visitor can walk through the exhibition?
    While tickets are timed, there is no limit to how long a visitor can stay in the exhibit. However, once a visitor leaves, they will not be permitted back in. We recommend planning to spend at least one hour in the exhibit.

  • May I take photos or videos of the exhibtion?
    Photography and video of any kind are not permitted in the Diana exhibition.

  • I don't live in the Philadelphia area, what's the easiest way to get to Philadelphia to see this exhibition?
    The Center recommends taking Amtrak to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. Amtrak provides train service from the points along the Northeastern Corridor directly to Philadelphia.

    Visit www.amtrak.com for rates and reservations and ask about a special discount to the Diana exhibition for Amtrak's preferred members.

  • Where will this exhibition travel to next?
    Currently, the exhibit is not scheduled to travel anywhere in the U.S. after it closes in Philadelphia.
