The National Constitution Center will present a special live webcast of former President Bill Clinton, Chairman of the Center, in a special conversation titled, “Global Reach: How Constitutional Ideas Travel” on Tuesday, April 28 at 4:30 p.m.
President Clinton will discuss how the American constitutional experience has influenced political thought and policy initiatives in other countries and the challenges of nurturing constitutionalism and democracy abroad. Jacques deLisle, Stephen A. Cozen Professor of Law, University of Pennsylvania This program is part of the Constitution Center’s International Engagement Program, dedicated to promoting constitutional principals to emerging democracies.
