Set against the iconic backdrop of Independence Mall, the National Constitution Center is the perfect place to honor your dedication to our country. The Center’s Grand Hall Overlook features an American flag that has flown over every state capitol, encircled by all of the state and territory flags. Plus, we are the best place to observe America’s civic holidays, including Veterans Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
