Alan Dershowitz: My Life in the Law
Alan Dershowitz joined the National Constitution Center to discuss his latest autobiography and his remarkable journey: from early academic struggles growing up in Brooklyn, to joining the Harvard faculty at age 25, to his involvement in the famous trials of O.J. Simpson, Mike Tyson, and Patty Hearst. In Taking the Stand: My Life in the Law, Dershowitz also reveals the evolution of his thinking on censorship and the First Amendment, civil rights, and the increasing role that science plays in a legal defense. A book sale and signing with Dershowitz followed the program.
