DARFUR/DARFUR is a digitally projected photography exhibition depicting the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Darfur, Sudan. The exhibition consists of more than 150 color and black and white images by seven international photojournalists and one former U.S. Marine. The wall-sized photographs were presented on the front façade of the National Constitution Center and on the two west façades on 6th Street.
DARFUR/DARFUR was created to educate viewers about the multicultural population in Darfur and to demonstrate how the genocide has devastated the region. The showing of DARFUR/DARFUR at the National Constitution Center was presented in partnership with the Save Darfur Coalition and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
