Through more than 100 interactive exhibits and an estimated 17 hours of interpretive content, the National Constitution Center’s core exhibition presents The Story of We the People.
But even with such in-depth treatment, the story of the U.S. Constitution is too rich and complex to ever be fully told. The Center’s Feature Exhibits Program offers fresh looks and different perspectives on topics relating to the Constitution’s history and its contemporary relevance.

Celebrate freedom of expression at the must-see exhibition From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen — never before seen outside of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum! This first major exhibition about the American songwriter takes a comprehensive look at Springsteen's catalog, from such early bands such as Child, the Castiles and Steel Mill through his work with the E Street Band and as a solo artist. Visitors will have the rare opportunity to view more than 150 artifacts, including the Fender Esquire guitar from the cover of Born to Run, the outfit Springsteen wore on the cover of Born in the U.S.A., numerous handwritten lyric manuscripts, posters from all phases of his career, and various honors including his Academy Award for the song "Streets of Philadelphia." In addition, the exhibition features Springsteen's 1960 Chevrolet Corvette, which he purchased after the success of Born to Run.

On My Honor: 100 Years of Girl Scouting
Posterity Hall
FREE with museum admission
Many of today’s prominent political leaders, journalists, astronauts, athletes and entertainers—from Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice to Mariah Carey and Taylor Swift—were once Girl Scouts. In 2012, the Girl Scouts celebrate 100 years of developing girls’ courage, confidence, and character.
On My Honor: 100 Years of Girl Scouting—an exhibition created by the National Constitution Center in partnership with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania—highlights the history, contributions and traditions of Girl Scouts, including entrepreneurship, environmental awareness and civic engagement.
Among the artifacts on display are badges and uniforms from the past century, nature study journals from the early 1900s and an original copy of the first Girl Scout Handbook. Current Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, and Senior Girl Scouts who visit the exhibition can work towards requirements for the Girl Scout Way Legacy Badge.
