As part of an ongoing partnership with the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, the National Constitution Center will co-host Practically Speaking at the U.S. Capitol. 

A group of expert panelists will discuss where we've been and where we're going in this fascinating election season. 

Speakers include John Zogby, pollster and senior analyst; Marjorie Margolies, Fels faculty member, CEO of Women’s Campaign International, and former member of Congress; Robert Traynham, Washington Bureau Chief for The Comcast Network, former Communications Director for Senator Rick Santorum, and Senior Advisor to President George W. Bush's 2004 campaign; and John Gizzi, Human Events correspondent.
